Guidelines Insolvency Practitioners

RMCSC's Insolvency Guidelines are comprehensive, electronic insolvency manuals that can be used easily by anyone involved in insolvency case work. Version 5 of the Guidelines has been updated to include the Insolvency Rules 2016. Which come into effect for all appointments after 6th April 2017.

The RMCSC Guidelines Version 5 cover the main areas of Insolvency:

Case administrators can use the guidelines to learn about insolvency procedures whilst more qualified insolvency practitioners can refer to them as a checklist. Reference to the RMCSC Insolvency Guidelines avoids the problem of repetitive lists effectively taking the place of the work itself, our guidelines are promptly updated inline with any changes in the Insolvency Legislation.

Access to the relevant guideline of interest is by way of subscription, each document is fully indexed and searchable allowing you to easily find the subject required and thus the guidance needed to complete your task.
